Your licence
CookReel is licensed, not sold, to you for personal and commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, under the terms of Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies in full alongside these terms.
Clean Export
Clean Export is a one-time in-app purchase that removes the CookReel watermark from reels you export. It is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices with "Restore Purchases". Apple processes all payments and handles refunds under its own policies.
Your content is yours
The photos you bring and the reels you make remain entirely yours, to use however you like. They stay on your device, and ownership stays with you.
Importing recipes
The recipe import turns a page you choose into a shot list for your own use. You are responsible for having the right to use the material you import, and for respecting the rights of whoever wrote the recipe if you publish a reel based on it. Recipe methods are often protected by copyright even when the list of ingredients is not.
Acceptable use
Use CookReel lawfully, with respect for other people's rights, and within the normal working of our servers.
No warranty
CookReel is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features that rely on third-party services may change or become unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of content you have not backed up elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. The date above tells you when they last changed; continuing to use CookReel means you accept the current version.
